Contrary to "Windows Mouse", it's the exact opposite: Now Windows does alter your mouse inputs, in fact the way you've or haven't set it in your Windows settings. Raw Input is best, as the name implies: it's the pure data from your mouse, what it doesn't say is, it's without Windows meddling in the mouse input data. So, what's what and what's best?
